Sunfield Audio - Quality control - Total process
Total Process.
Procurement, manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and delivery: a mature quality management system and an advanced quality management process, studied, tested and scrupulously followed by the Sunfield Team, to always guarantee the requested quantities, delivery times, and the highest quality standards.

Procurement:

The procurement process is the basis of the quality management process. The quality department adopts "internal and external double insurance" to double ensure the quality of incoming materials: SQE is responsible for the development, audit and management of suppliers; IQC is responsible for daily incoming inspection and defect feedback.

Manufacturing and assembly:

The manufacturing and assembly process is the core of the quality management process. The quality department invests the most manpower, testing equipment and other resources. QE is responsible for the formulation of SIP and quality control plan, as well as the implementation of reliability test and process audit; IPQC is responsible for the process inspection, and FQC is responsible for the whole process inspection.

Warehousing and delivery:

The storage and delivery process is the ultimate guarantee of the quality management process. OQC is equipped with special inspection equipment and sufficient inspection personnel, has a complete inspection and testing capacity and has the final veto on delivery of the product.
